Elver Roots is born of two decades of experience working with some of the world’s most respected wine producers and institutions. My journey has been shaped by a deep love for wine, hospitality and hosting, exceptional places and products. From Champagne houses like Charles Heidsieck and Piper-Heidsieck to boutique winemakers across the globe, I’ve had the privilege of working with iconic names including Greywacke, Montes, Cullen, and more—most recently spending four years with one of the UK’s leading wineries - Wiston Estate.
